It's completely free to post shifts on ReliefU. There are no posting fees, no subscription costs, and no upfront charges. You only pay when a shift is successfully completed.

As a pharmacy owner, you pay:

• 9% service fee - Charged only on completed shifts
• 2.9% payment processing fee - Standard fee for secure payment processing

Example: For a $440 shift (8 hours × $55/hr), you'd pay $440 + 9% ($39.60) + 2.9% ($12.76) = $492.36 total.

As a relief pharmacist, you pay $0 in fees.

You keep 100% of the agreed shift rate. ReliefU's 9% service fee and the 2.9% payment processing fee are paid by the pharmacy owner, not you.

Example: If you work an 8-hour shift at $55/hr, you earn the full $440.

Fees are only charged after a shift is successfully completed. If you post a shift and it doesn't get filled, you pay nothing. If a pharmacist cancels before the shift starts, you pay nothing. You only pay when the work is done.

After completing a shift, payment is processed automatically. You'll receive the full agreed rate directly to your account. Invoices are generated automatically, and you can download them from your dashboard.

For Pharmacy Owners:

• Cancelling a posted shift before it's matched is completely free
• Editing a shift before it's matched is also free
• Cancelling a shift after it's matched (when a pharmacist has accepted) will result in a $50 cancellation fee

For Relief Pharmacists:

• Cancelling a shift may result in consequences depending on the circumstances
• Constant cancellations may lead to your account being flagged
• Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension or ban
