Account Deletion Policy

How to permanently delete your ReliefU account

Users may request permanent deletion of their ReliefU account at any time.

To delete your account:

Option 1: Through the App

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Option 2: Via Email

Email support@relief-u.com from your registered email address.

Upon deletion request:

  • × Your account profile will be permanently deleted.
  • × Authentication credentials will be removed.
  • × Active shifts will be cancelled.

Due to financial compliance requirements:

Payment records and transaction history may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and regulatory purposes.

Stripe financial records are retained according to Stripe's compliance policies.
